The purpose of this document is to clarify the usage policy for student usage of Google Apps.

Google Apps is available for all students and staff. Unlike the staff accounts, students do not have access to Gmail (the email portion of Google Apps) at this time. Student accounts only has access to the Google Docs portion, which can be accessed by typing docs.jchs.com in the address bar in Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. Students cannot login by clicking on the email link on the website. If any students are having trouble logging in, make sure they are going to docs.jchs.com and logging in with their correct user name and password.
